Ascot Park Hotel is a stylish, modern and environmentally-conscious Invercargill hotel and Southland’s largest Conference Centre.
The Ascot Park Hotel conference and seminar services include eight high functioning and adaptable conference rooms, plenty of space for marquees and a team of dedicated and experienced conference co-ordinators. Function facilities range from boardroom style for 5 people up to theatre style seating for 700.
There’s accommodation to suit everyone’s needs and budget…… The Ascot is unique as it offers all ground floor hotel, motel and apartment style accommodation all at the one venue. There are 116 rooms in total.
Other features include indoor heated swimming pool, spa, saunas, fitness area, in-house restaurant and bars, bottle store and extensive on-site parking, with parking directly outside most units.
Ascot Park is just five minutes drive from the city centre and next to the Ascot Park Racecourse, making it the ideal venue for those visiting Invercargill on business or holiday.

The Ascot Park Hotel has the largest and most comprehensive function facilities in Southland. With 9 function rooms in total, the all ground floor hotel can cater for events large or small. These range from boardroom for 5 people up to theatre style seating for 600 people. The main conference area is 650 square meters and can be divided into 3 self-contained rooms by sound proof dividers.
Our large foyer area is ideal for trade displays and product launches. There is also internal vehicle access to the conference facilities, so theming becomes a breeze! All function rooms are supported by excellent food and beverage catering – ranging from private dining for 30 people through to banquets for 500.
For large conferences and events, we can put together an accommodation package to cover all your delegates by including rooms at our other properties: Kelvin Hotel, Homestead Villa Motel and Balmoral Lodge Motel.

Experience delicious New Zealand cuisine and fine dining quality at Ascot Park Hotel’s superb Emberz restaurant. Our menu features award-winning Chef’s local farm to fork dishes. Al fresco dining is available in the courtyard, plus Emberz Bar has an all day menu from 11am.
