Our aim is to take the stress out of planning an event, whether that be a small or large-scale, personal or corporate event, such as a conference, welcome function, partner or incentive programme, charity event, team building activity or bespoke event.

What do we do? It’s simple – from basic event organisation right through to professional conference management – and anything in between. We will work closely with you to create and deliver a unique, memorable event with inspiring content and detailed logistics.

• Event planning – concepts, planning, timelines, venue sourcing, supplier sourcing, budget management, runsheet creation, health & safety documentation, site visits
• Event management – registration, delegate communication, invoicing and payments, entertainment, accommodation, travel bookings, logistics, sponsorship
• Conference & social programme – liaising with speakers, content research, programme creation, social & partner programmes
• Onsite event management – registration, signage, theming, catering, audio visual
• Brand awareness campaigns – marketing & communication strategies, graphic design & creative content across print and digital media
