We’ve got an arena large enough for your main plenary sessions and an exhibition gallery, plus two lounges for break out spaces or smaller delegate numbers. For larger conferences, we can seat 3,500 theatre style and have room for marquees. For smaller meetings, we have four suites that interconnect or can stand alone for up to 50 delegates each, or also a number of corporate boxes with natural light and an outside deck for up to 20.

Let our team help with your event planning and share what our onsite services from catering to audio visual can do for you. We can also connect you with accommodation, local experience and transport operators. 

Once you’re here we will set you up in a private workspace, can help out on your conference registration desk, and gift your delegates an exclusive entry rate to treat themselves with a restorative soak at the iconic Mount Hot Pools at the base of Mauao in Mount Maunganui before or after each conference day.
