Partnering with independent growers and artisans, we champion native ingredients and ethical sourcing. Our Creative Team brings these stories to life, presenting food and beverage offerings that visually express the heart of Aotearoa.
Sustainability That’s Measurable and Meaningful
We’re on a mission to become Aotearoa’s most sustainable caterer, measured by data and independent benchmarks. Aiming for B Corp certification by late 2025, our approach includes:
- Dedicated sustainability team
- Waste-tracking systems for production and on-site events
- Bottle- and packaging-free beverage service
- Eliminating single-use plastics
- Sourcing 90% of ingredients locally
- Collaborative planning with clients and venues to minimize event footprint
