Capstone Hotel Management is delighted to unveil Auckland's newest custom designed meeting and events spaces at the new, Art Deco inspired SOHO Hotel Auckland, available for gatherings with a touch of glamour.

A purpose built, pillarless conference and events room – TONGA - features a stunning tulip flower chandelier aptly named ‘Eternal Bloom’. Designed by Rishi Parbhu, owner of SOHO Auckland, the chandelier features 308 tulip flowers suspended in a captivating wave-like formation, inspired by his mother, Chhaya Parbhu, a renowned floral artist. Symbolising new beginnings and love, the chandelier creates a dynamic focal point casting delicate shadows and reflections, enriching the ambiance for weddings and special events.

Catering for up to 200 guests cocktail style, 225 theatre style, and 150 on round banquet tables, the TONGA room is the perfect setting for stylish weddings and large events. The RAKI glass-walled seminar room flooded with natural light overlooks the hotel frontage and can cater to intimate 50-person cocktail events and up to 75 people theatre style.

Two smaller flexible meeting rooms, RAWHITI and URU are available for private boardroom meetings or can be used as social breakout spaces. An outdoor meditation deck and yoga space can also be booked to add fresh air and wellness aspects to events. In-house catering packages and whole level buyout options are available.

SOHO Hotel Auckland is offering 50 per cent off venue hire for multi day conferences with a minimum spend of $7,000. A complimentary one-hour beverage package is on offer for conferences and events booked for up to 25 guests with a minimum spend of $5,000 (to a value of $600). Situated on the ground floor, Tiger Bar & Restaurant offers a sophisticated dining experience with a creative Asian-fusion menu, in an elegant and stylish atmosphere.
