Wairakei Resort Taupo is presenting new and expanded opportunities for business event planers following a significant management development. Bayview International Hotels which has owned the property since 1991, passed the management over to Accor in May 2025.
The new Accor management has enabled the resort to offer many of Accor's well-known guest benefits while retaining the local flavour and authenticity that Wairakei has become known for over many years of operations.
