Meet our BE Mentored Facilitator - Sally Doherty, Sallyd & Co. Sally leads a niche company, partnering closely with senior leaders to help create a culture where people can be the best they can be, draw on their strengths and do great work using her own experience and behavioural theory, she has developed a comprehensive development experience which creates healthy, high performing leaders, teams and organisations.

Sally Doherty's experience in leading people, performance and culture has spanned across multi sectors such as military, not for profit, corporate and start up and given her the opportunity to live and work in many regions of the world. Whilst working in Asia, her passion for freedom and creativity gave her the courage to go out on her own and create a more flexible life to pursue design and development projects of both the head and the heart.
