With 9 multi-purpose conference rooms, ideal for small meetings to large conferences, the hotel offers one of Wellington’s most comprehensive Hotel Conference facilities.

The Hotel’s facilities provide conference organisers with a complete and affordable conference solution including extensive conference venues, full catering, AV solutions and accommodation.

All Conference rooms are located on the ground floor providing easy access with an abundant of natural light. Conference venues provide the flexibility to accommodate plenary sessions and multiple breakout sessions. Outdoor courtyards provide additional spaces to utilise for group work and breakouts.

The Kauri room is one of Wellington’s largest with a capacity of 300 theatre style and is our most flexible multi-use conference room. It can be divided into four spaces each with a capacity of up to 40 to 90 delegates depending on configuration. The Kauri Room features European designed soundproof doors, no intrusive pillars and floor to ceiling windows creating a spacious environment with natural light. With the entire Kauri Room open, one end of the room converts into a subtle stage area. The Kauri Room is complemented by an additional 5 meeting rooms of various sizes that provide either breakout spaces to the plenary room or further individual conference facilities, ensuring a variety of conference outcomes.

A full range of catering options is available from breakfast to refreshment breaks, lunch, dinner and cocktails.

Dedicated conference/reservations department and service teams, supported by Duty Managers coordinate all service and facility requirements on the day. Clients can be assured that our experienced team will provide an efficient and professional conference experience from start to finish.
