Designed with tradeshows, conferences, and large community events in mind. The majority of the building is available for hire as individual space or as one accommodating over 1000 guests.

A key feature of Haere-roa is the iconic Ngaio Marsh Theatre, re-imagined for future generations. Nestled in Ilam overlooking the Avon River with more than 200 car parks on the doorstep, Haere-roa presents endless possibilities.
