With a foundation of excellence and experience spanning more than five decades, ICMS Australasia (ICMSA) is reputed as the premier Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) in Australasia. We've orchestrated some of most pre-eminent gatherings across a range of sectors including science, education, engineering, agriculture, space research chemistry, cancer research, immunology, paediatrics, foreign affairs, design, women’s rights and issues, AI and technology, mining and sustainability, infrastructure and engineering.
Given our 58-year history, we have a far-reaching foundation of experience in managing complex meetings, delivering above expectations and in many cases targets, for our stakeholders, clients, sponsors and participants.
With offices in Christchurch, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and soon to be Auckland, our dedicated team of 35 staff embrace a consistent focus on logistics, ingenuity, cutting-edge technology, marketing and robust financial management.

At the Meetings & Events Australia Awards in 2024, we were awarded seven National Awards covering both event and individual categories. These included Regional Event of the Year (Meeting of the Mines 2023), Exhibition of the Year (26th World Mining Congress), Government Event of the Year (26th World Mining Congress), and two individual awards for our team members, MEA Future Leader Award and Sales Marketing or Business Development Person of the Year (Suellen Holland). ICMSA was also awarded the Platinum Award – the entry with the highest score across all categories – for the 26th World Mining Congress.
