Viaduct Events Centre

The Viaduct Events Centre takes pride of place in Auckland’s reinvigorated Wynyard Quarter.

With 6,000m² of space spanning three levels, the building has been designed to a five-star environmental standard and makes the most of its impressive waterfront location with glass walls, balconies and easy access to the wharf. This venue is ideal for cocktail functions, gala dinners, exhibitions, and conferences.

ROOMS WITHIN THE VIADUCT EVENTS CENTRE
• Waiheke Rooms - At 2245m², this is a premium waterfront banquet space with 12m high ceilings and glass walls looking out across the Waitemata Harbour. It provides a dramatic setting for events day or night.

• Kawau Room - Situated on level three of Viaduct Events Centre, this 570m² room offers uninterrupted views of Viaduct Basin including the Wynyard Crossing footbridge. This space is an impressive venue for a range of events accommodating up to 700 people in cocktail setting and 400 for a banquet dinner.

• Rangitoto Rooms – Consists of 3 rooms that can be used individually or combined. Ideal for theatre seating, banquet dinners, cocktail functions or as a boardroom.

• Rakino Room - Located on the third floor, this 192m² room is a stunning space for up to 200 guests. With panoramic views of the city night lights and the Auckland Viaduct, this venue provides a unique backdrop for hosting cocktail parties, VIP functions, weddings and corporate events.

• Motutapu Room - Situated on the third floor, this room enjoys a quiet location on the southern end of the building. The room's private balcony overlooks the restaurants and walkways of Wynyard Quarter, a perfect place to relax or network during breaks.
