Known for its great tastes, Southland boasts a long array of natural and crafted delicacies, particularly its Bluff oysters, cheese rolls and its local brews.

Southland is surrounded by lakes, mountains and coast – on the doorstep of Rakiura National Park on Stewart Island and the world heritage listed Fiordland National park – the home of Milford and Doubtful Sounds.
